What are you all doing to stay hydrated?? Seems like no matter how much water i drink, plus a Gatorade or water with electrolytes I still feel beyond thirsty. My lips are so dry mouth dry no matter what! 😩 literally drink two bottle of waters thru the night and still wake up like this

This was happening to me. Only thing that worked was adding a buttload if ice and some lemon to my water. Now I never feel thirsty and have to remind myself to keep drinking

A humidifier works wonders! Keeps my skin hydrated so I don't feel like I have to drink as much

I'm right there with you!!! I am constantly thirsty, my mouth is dry, my lips are dry, even my skin is dry.

I’ve been drinking Body Armor and it’s actually helped my milk supply as well!

Just cold water and a glass of milk before I go to sleep!
