My boyfriend proposed after 4 months

We started hanging out this summer, had an incredible summer together. I’m finishing school so the last month has been long distance, we met in AZ for our birthdays (we’re birthday buddies).

He invited me to the rooftop bar for a drink... (just the rooftop of the place we were staying at).

We climbed up and after a few minutes he ran down to use the restroom. He came back as the sun was setting and was painting a dramatic desert landscape.

I was “ooohhing” and “aaahhing”

“Babe look at these colors!”

When he said, “nows as good a time as any” as he bent down on his knee and said,

“Xxxx xxxxxx will you make me the happiest man in the world?”

*melt*

So we’ve set a date, a year from now.

This man continues to impress me... I couldn’t ask to be part of a better family ❤️

Btw we grew up together but haven’t seen each other for like 15 years... old family friends that go way back... like grandparents best friends
