I'm just posting this to find out if anyone has had the same thing happen.

My last period was due September 30th. I tested on the 5th and had spotting with this pregnancy from that date. The test line was very faint. Now I'm expected to have been 10 weeks by now roughly.

I went to the hospital two days ago because I had constant spotting since the 30th everyday. Just light brown occasionally red. No clotting and definitely not enough to miscarry. When I had my scan done, they saw nothing. No sac. No anything. They tried internally. Again nothing. The woman mapped some shadows... But for someone that was supposedly 10 weeks it was abnormal. They made me do a urine sample. It came back faintly positive. I've had my hcg levels drawn in blood sample. Two days ago it was 109. The nurse said that it's very low and if I am carrying, likelihood is that I'm very early. My concern is that I don't see how I could be 5 weeks with no sac? The nurse said I may have ovulated late. Is it possible that the spotting on the 30th was because the baby implanted? And that I'm just very very unlucky with the dates mixing up? The month before, which was my last period lasted a single day.... And it was heavy but it stopped very quickly. Could it be that my cycle was just completely out of sync? I'm still concerned that I miscarried without realising but as I said it was without clotting and as I had a miscarriage last march... I felt the difference...

I'm waiting for my hcg levels to come back in from today. I hope they've doubled.

I've added some pictures of the tests I took. I had so many because I was watching my test lines as I was bleeding and very paranoid.
