I tried using breast milk on the rash and just from today it looks sooooo much better!! Thank you!!

Looks like it could be eczema. My brother has it and when he was little his kinda looked like this. It could just be a simple rash though also. lil babies are known to get lots of different rashes.

Looks like either baby acne or eczema. If you are breastfeeding, I would try breast milk on it. Maybe stop the coconut oil for a few days to see if it’ll clear up. No soap on the face, just warm wet cloth. These have helped with newborn rash my son has.

My baby brother had the same thing on his face and head . I would get a little cloth and put warm water on it and clean off the dead skin and it would reduce the red bumps .
