So this is my first pregnancy and my husband and I are extremely excited but are having trouble when it comes to figuring out infant car seats. My sister has always gone with Graco snugride and I like the seat but I drive a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it is a bit of a snug fit between the front seat and the infant seat. I also have to adjust my seat forward or my husbands seat forward to fit the seat in. She has let us install it in our vehicle to try to help us make a decision. I have been trying to find a good forum about Jeep grand cherokees and infant car seats that will fit well when you have a tall spouse. I have found one that suggests that the Chicco keyfit 30 is smaller than the snugride. Does anyone have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and have a Chicco keyfit 30 installed and a y’all spouse? I want it to be able to work even if my husband needs to drive my Jeep and pick up the baby once it is born. Any suggestions??
