Definitely get some help. I started going back to therapy after my loss in April and it very much has helped when I got pregnant again. I could not even accepted I was pregnant and was having extremely bad anxiety. Couldn't take my daughter to the park, didn't wanna leave the house. I can say that I can do all those things again. Doesn't mean every day is easy now, but they are manageable. Get some help so you can breathe a little, so you can function. You got this Mama, and good luck!!

See if your employer has counseling through an employee assistance program. There’s also an organization called openpathcollective.org that can connect you to affordable therapists. Good luck 💜

Thanks. I will have to find someone that takes my insurance. I am not sure anymore what is normal and what's not. I felt like I am better in most part of life besides babies

I completely agree about therapy. I found a therapist after I miscarried last month and it has been so helpful.
