EXTREMELY BAD NAUSEA FROM BIRTH CONTROL

I’m on my third month and I woke up in the middle of the night last night seriously on the verge of puking and I couldn’t lay down without feeling more sick. This is super strange for me because I’ve never felt this nauseous before in my whole life. I’m pretty sure I’m about to start my period too. Given I did eat Taco Bell last night but that has never affected me like that. Any tips on how to make it go away? It got worse after I took the birth control pill because I take it at 9 pm every night. I hate puking and will do everything in my power to keep it from happening
