Pregnancy test confusion

Hello! I have the nexplanon implant I’ve had it now for a little over a year. Lately I’ve been feeling more tired and sometimes nauseous and I’m late for my period for 33 days now, yesterday I took some pregnancy tests and on the first one I got two lines (pregnant) but they were not very visible until I took a pic of the test with my flash on, then I took another test and it seemed that one didn’t work bc nothing came up, and the third one I took it was a visible pink line (negative) so I’d like to know if this has happened to anyone before and what the outcome was? I’m so worried and confused, but since I’m on BC I feel like there’s not a chance.
