Terrible ingrown hairs or something worse?!

Ugh I don't know what's going on but I recently got a new boyfriend, (he's for sure clean so I know it can't be a sti or anything, he's only been with one other girl) but I noticed I have a pimple type of deal going on near my actual vag and another on my bikini line. I can't think of why they're coming up now unless it's because I've been using his soap or maybe the lube. I've had a cyst on the inside part of my labia and if i have to go through that again I'm going to die. I always get slight ingrown hairs but these are like pimples size instead of just tiny red bumps. I've been using acne wash to try to get the one on my bikini line down but i just noticed the one near my vag today so I'm stressing.
