First contraction?
Pretty sure I just had my first contraction. It woke me up wide awake out of a deep sleep. I’ve felt no BH or ‘pressure’ this whole pregnancy and then whatever just happened kinda shocked me. Could it just be baby moving or was this probably a contraction? Now I’m wide awake waiting for the next in case I need to start tracking....
