Rashes during first trimester?!

Hey lovely ladies!

I just wanted some advice from you guys! I'm 12 weeks pregnant and today I've woken up with a new symptom(quiet annoying one) my body is itching like crazy. I have red patches on my inner eyes, my arms, boobs, legs are itching I also have a few hives/raised bumps on my bottom. It's quiet annoying as I am constantly itching. I also have a pea size red dots on my arms. I heard itching can get worse during third trimester. I hope it's all norms. This is our first baby.
