Glow says period in 1 day. I had spotting on thursday and today i woke up with lower back pain! Can this be a BFP?

UPDATE:
Had a blood test yesterday and it showed 16 in the HGC! Progesterone up to 28!
Soooo i retested today with a digital and this showed up:
