Managing pain

Hey everyone, I have stage 2 endo and I’ve been TTC for over 8 months now. My pain is increasingly getting worse each month and I’m desperate for something that will help. My dr has only recommended Tylenol for pain and suggested I do Pilates, massage therapy or see a chiropractor. Pilates doesn’t seem like it would be a good fit for me because I can hardly do housework without dying in pain all night. I don’t know how I would manage working out.. I did try massage therapy last week but my pain has been so much worse since.. I am a little sceptical about seeing a chiropractor but at this point I’m willing to try anything. What works for you ladies?? Recommendations are very appreciated
