Implantation Cramps?!?

Has anyone experienced implantation cramping on only one side of their abdominal area and it was sharp?

Yes ma’am with my current pregnancy I felt my baby implant it was a quick sharp pain then had period type cramping afterwords...that was 6dpo got my bfp at 10 dpo...yes it is possible...
