Freaking out

It seems like I can never catch a break with this pregnancy ... First is was sch which is still there, descent size cyst on ovary now I'm reading my blood results and i notice one was low, compared to other pregnancies so i googled it.. (Papp-a test) its hard not to freak out when it seems like everything is against my baby growing ... Google sucks 😭 it mentions chance of still birth low birth weight preeclampsia etc... I just want every thing to be fine...!
