Dying My Hair ! NEED HELP FROM COSMETOLOGISTS! <3
Okay so I have medium brown hair, and I'm dying it a plum hair color (the ion plum permanent) and I was wondering which hair developer do I use? The 10,20,30 or 40? I'm not trying to get a light purple more like just a tint of purple in my hair.
