If this is a one night stand, then yes use a condom, because many sexually transmitted diseases, viruses,etc can be spread orally. But I personally don't like giving head, and wouldn't do it for a one night stand. I like getting head not giving head XD I do suck it up from time to time because my SO likes it.

For one. Im allergic to latex. Mild allergy but if it’s in me or touches me too long, my inside starts to hurt more then anything ever in the world. When we used condoms, he had had to buy the non latex ones cause I couldn’t handle the pain after sex anymore. 
For two. Even non latex condoms are a hell no for me. It’s just uncomfortable for everyone involved 😂
