Am I...?

For a long time I have been unsure as to who exactly I am. Growing up I was forced into a dress and to put on nail polish and always keep my hair long. I am now a senior and all last summer and last year been dying to cut my hair. All I ever want to wear is jeans, tshirts, baseball shirts, and vests. I do kinda feel out of place in my body when I see myself or when I am wearing things that make me look extremely feminine. I try to hide my body with baggy clothes all the time. I just dont know if I am trans or if I am genderfluid, or even if I am just cis. 
I already identify as pan and have been identifying this way for almost three and a half years. What do y’all think?

I think you don’t need to stress about labels.
I think that you do whatever makes you happy with your hair, how you dress and what decisions you make.

So genderfluid doesnt sound right. Genderfluid would be if sometimes you feel feminine and other days you feel masculine. But you sound like you dont like being feminine at all. 
You sound like what parents describe as tomboy. I know. Not helpful. But just do as you like. What short hair? Cut it. See if you actually like it. Want to wear "mens clothes"? Wear them. Just do what feels right and makes you happy in your body. The labeling and explaining and aaaaaaall of that stuff will happen later. 
You dont need a label to be happy.

I mean... Clothing has no influence on gender. I am a cisgender female and I rarely wear dresses or nail polish or heels or anything, but that doesn’t take away from my female-ness. I have friends with chopped hair and baggy clothes, but they still are female and identify as such. And I mean... Almost every woman is uncomfortable in her body. It has to do with sexism and the constant criticism that women face regarding the care and appearance of their bodies. So just being uncomfortable with yourself could just be the result of the attitude society has towards the female body anyway.
That being said, if you feel like you want male body parts, that might be an indicator of being trans! But otherwise I would just say you’re a woman who likes comfortable clothes and maybe isn’t totally at peace with herself and her body all the time–which is totally normal!
