Any UK Mummies? So I’m 20 weeks pregnant and my due date is 29th March. My job currently has no maternity policy... that they are aware of? Every time I try to talk to my manager about my mat leave she brushes me off 😡 and more or less pretends it’s not happening. I’m planning on leaving in 4th feb to spend time with my little boy.... and I need to take my holidays of 5 weeks before I leave.... anyone have any advice on what I can do next? I am under the impression they don’t know what to do as they have never had a member of staff become pregnant before. It’s very frustrating!!
