Rocco Robert was born on 11/9/18 at 9:33am at exactly 37 weeks. Mom labored for 2 hours with epidural before it was determined that baby's head was too large and her pelvis was too small so a c section was performed. The distress of labor caused lacerations of multiple organs so the closure took over an hour and Rocco struggled with breathing and blood sugar as a result. He spent a few days in nicu but was released! Mom lost a lot of blood and must be monitored every 4 hours but feeling better. He's already a little fighter! (eye of the tiger theme song) 😘
