So I’m 5 weeks pregnant and caught one of the worst colds imaginable lol i think it’s worse due to the fact I was exhausted and feeling nauseous before I had the cold 🤔

Problem is paracetamol just isn’t cutting it!! I have so much pressure and pain in my sinuses I just want to take Sudafed to help make me feel better but unsure of the risks to my newly developing embryo! To be honest if there’s a slight risk to the baby I’m not touching it but if I’m gonna continue to get worse I’m gonna need something stronger!!

What are ur tips and tricks in dealing with a cold?? Xx
