I don’t know where to post this.. So my child was born July of last year. Just before her 1st birthday my mom made a mistake and forgot to do the recertification for our health insurance. So I put my daughter under her fathers medical (DHS.) and they sent me a court paper as the NON custodial parent and want me to pay medical even though when the lady called my fiancée told her he didn’t want to go after me for child support or medical. Yet now I have court papers to go and get made to pay medical when I am the stay at home parent. He has since took her off his medical and she is under mine. What do I do now? Does anyone know? I know I still have to show up for court but I’ve lost my papers so I have to go get a copy.
