Nutrition gurus please help!

I am lost. I weigh 232 my largest. I had 2 babies back to back. I’m 34 with a pretty sedentary lifestyle and my career requires me to stand stationary a lot of the day. I’m 5’8’’ and I feel I look best about 170. I like a little meat I’m not trying to be rail thin. I’ve dabbled in keto and I actually like the food but my problem is I hate most meat and I know protein is important so I eat a lot of tofu and I’m getting bored. I also struggle with letting go of my coffee drinks full of sugar and I struggle finding snacks that keep me full. My weight goes from 232 to 239. I have no idea how many calories and carbs I should be consuming to lose the weight. I know activity and exercise is important but I want to focus on diet right now then incorporate exercise later bc when I do too much at once I fail. Please help!
