What is this?

I have this rash? on my upper arm. It's not itchy, or painful, I wouldn't know it was there if I didn't see it. I don't think it's ringworm because it's not itchy or anything and no one else I know has it and ringworm is very contagious like that. Sorry for bad picture with the shadow by my armpit(they aren't dark like that)
