Hospital Tours first time mom..

Our hospital offers tours of the birthing wing to make you feel more prepared for the big day. Up until the tour I have been relaxed and totally in control.... I almost fainted during and have had anxiety ever since! It's so unlike me. Anyone else get anxious during/after seeing where it "all goes down"?
