I'm only 4 weeks and 3 days today but over the last week or so I have been having the most vivid dreams. About a week ago I had a dream that a girl I know that lives near my parent's was pregnant too. When I was at home over the weekend sharing our news with my family, my younger sister told me that this girl was pregnant and quite early on too.

I had a very real dream last night that I went for my 12 week scan and it was twins. . . .that's only 2 of many.

Anyone else having weird/vivid/realistic dreams?
