Looks like it could be PUPPS which starts in/with stretch marks. I dunno for sure though.

I'd say a rash. Looks like heat rash or sweat rash from wearing tight clothes alot.

I can say from experience this is how my stretch marks on my boobs started. I thought I had a rash as well because it kinda itched but the redness went away and sadly the stretch marks stayed. 😂

Those look like the start of stretch marks to me. That’s how the ones on my hips looked before they became full stretch marks. But with it being so wide spread and on an area with tight clothes on it all the time u never know it could be an irritation rash. Hopefully it’s just a rash

Mine look similar after I wear sports bras I’m assuming because they were compressed? Mine are also somewhat numb after wearing a tight fitting sports bra.

Oh my gosh I just noticed my boobs have the same as was going to post but then saw this!! I honestly have no idea what it is but kinda reassuring seeing someone else have it too!
