Can I take a bath 2 weeks PP?

I've been taking showers, but I really want a relaxing bath. Is it okay for me to take one?

I was told as long as I’m not using the bath to clean myself it’s okay. So shower off first and you can sit in plain water or water with Epsom salts for healing.

I would ask your doctor. I had a couple stitches and my doc and nurses recommended epsom salt baths. I took one every day for a couple weeks, followed by a shower.

I bathed 2 days pp with stitches. (The day i got home from the hospital) just didn't use soaps or anything in the Netherlands until 2 weeks pp when pain was gone lol
