Remedies for sore boobs

Hey ladies, sometimes I get really sore boobs right before my period comes, to the point where wearing a loose t shirt hurts too. Does anyone know of any remedies that will help this? (Sidenote, I can’t take evening primrose oil because I’m allergic) :(
