What are menstrual cups?

What are menstrual cups? i know some of you are probably reading this like are you serious she doesn’t know? but everyone seems to be really into them so what exactly are they?

They are generally made of medical grade silicone and they are literally cups that you insert into your vagina that catches your period. You dump them and clean them then use them again. They save you lots of money, are WAY better for your body than tampons, and are better for the environment. While I love mine, they honestly aren’t for everyone. Some people find them uncomfortable

It’s a small cup that you insert into your vagina and it collects the blood. Everyone is really into them since they are reusable because you can wash them, so you aren’t contributing to non-recyclable waste with pads or tampons. I’ve never tried one though so I don’t know what they’re like.
