Morning-after pill

I need a help!

I took some morning after pills a day (2 days after my period). 4 days later I noticed a red spot, and the next day my period came. It bleeds more than my regular period. I don’t have any cramps, feels little bit tired. Should I have to worry? Or it will pass?
