I was really late on the pill November 4th, last Sunday. Took it about 7 hours late. I have had really bad cramps today and kept thinking I would start bleeding because it hurt so bad. I’ve had some light cramping the past two days but today HURT. So I’m curious.... If anyone has been through this and got pregnant, were there signs? Did you quit taking the pill immediately when you found out?
