I’m not usually one to symptom spot but today while I was at work I had dull pinching/pulling pains in my lower stomach for short periods at a time. At one point I had another dull pain right to the right of my belly button & now (several hours later) my right side hurts as if I had been running. Would this having anything to do with conceiving possibly???
