What symptoms do you ladies have?

I don't have the typical symptoms but my scalp is disturbingly dry I literally oil my scalp and it still itches as if I have lice 🤣 at night I get so hot like I'm in hell I get up and open a window of course freeze my husband because he's cold 🤣 I have heartburn out of nowhere and I have gas pain like no other I only get the sick feeling when I go 3 or more hours with out eating other then that I don't feel pregnant
