Braxton Hicks?!??

So I’m 29 weeks and i started to feel tightness on my lower belly and a lot of pressure once or twice a day. Are these Braxton Hicks? All of my research tells me it is but i rather hear it from experienced mamas out here

Yeah I’ve been getting them since 22 weeks. Drink water. LOTS OF WATER. My dr told me also if I have more than 6 an hour I have to get off my feet or stop doing what I’m doing and lay down and drink water. They can mean you’re overdoing it. I tend to get them when I’ve had a long day at work. I do hair for a living so if I’m standing or get too busy I get them. Only once or twice have had 6 in an hour but they’re definitely no fun. As long as they don’t regulate, and there’s no blood, and they don’t turn actually painful it’s okay.

Yep! I get them all the time and have since like 17 or 18 weeks! Super common to get them in the 3rd trimester. They are harmless u less you’re having more than 4 an hour ☺️
