Prenatal causing headaches

So I had my nexplanon removed the 8th been taking prenatals since my annual OB appointment when we scheduled the nexplanon in late October and the last week I’ve been getting headaches every day. I tried not taking the prenatal last night and I don’t think I’ve had a headache all day.

Does anyone have suggestions on prenatals that maybe won’t cause headaches. I currently take one a day prenatal, in gummy form with our first I remember getting headaches from the capsules. Is there anything that can help with the headaches while I at least finish out this bottle?
