Is this sexual harassment?
I was in my works kitchen area washing my lunch box.. the 60ish old janitor came from behind and went “BOO!” And I said “oh hey” and he said “i was trying to scare you” as he was saying that he put his hand on my back and slid it down slowly to my waist.. I turned to him and gave him a WTF face. I felt so awkward throughout the rest of my shift
