Debilitating back pain!?

Anyone else have it? It’s not a muscle pain. It’s a sharp shooting pain that sometimes stops me from walking. It’s the most painful when I go to first stand up and move my leg in any direction. It’s awful!

It’s sciatic nerve pain. I lay down on my back on the floor and put a tennis ball (or a squishy ice pack) under my SI joint and let my pelvis sortof sink into it. Sometimes it will pop and it hurts like a mother for a second, but then it’s SO MUCH BETTER. It really helps a lot

I have it too. Best thing is to find a Myers certified chiropractor to adjust you. You'll get great relief. Then keep stretching and exercising those area. We've got a long way to go and don't want it to get worse.

I’ve had sciatica with all 3 pregnancies. It stRted a little later this time but the pain is enough to literally knock me off my feet at times 😖 I’m scared to think what it’ll be like as I get bigger

This happens to me all the time. I asked my ob she says it's sciatica pains... I had it for my first pregnancy and it was horrible I could barely walk for a good 15-30 mins luckily this is my second pregnancy and I still get it but not as bad and it lasts like 5-10mins

Yes!! Mine is also pretty bad. My dr said to stretch it frequently and go for walks 😫
