Has anyone had a preemie with positive & or negative outcomes? I wanna hear your stories if you’re willing to share. 
I’m 26 weeks pregnant and I just got curious about all those preemie babies.

My second was born at 32 weeks. She spent 50 days in the NICU. She is turning one this month and is very healthy and trying to walk. She did have undeveloped eyes so she wears glasses and shes a bit small for her age, just hit 16 lbs. But otherwise very healthy

My older brother was a preemie 2 months early and it was obviously scary for my parents because he didn’t cry until 30 seconds after he came out. He was also born with his intestines outside of his body (which my parents knew before birth). After being in the hospital for 2 months due to surgery and making sure he’s stable, my mom and Keagan (my brothers name) finally went home! Now he’s an amazing runner (cross country as track) and is a junior at West Point (the army college in NY) and is so successful at both academics and athletics. Nobody could ask for a better brother/son!

I was a preemie! Weighed 1lb 13oz. After months in he hospital, I’m totally healthy, married and expecting my first little babe!!

I had my youngest daughter at 28 weeks. She was in the nicu for 5 weeks but now you can’t tell she was ever a preemie here’s a then and now photo she’s 7 now.
