No Morning Sickness... Lucky or not?

I found out I was pregnant last week, and should be around 5 wks. I’m not having any morning sickness at all, which I thought was luck, but is it? 
One of the books I dove into states nausea is a sign of healthy pregnancy, but none could be trouble... WTF? Asking opinions, as this is my first pregnancy.

Mine didn’t kick in until week 6 but it got reaallllly bad around week 10. It didn’t ease up until week 14.  I threw up AT LEAST once a week for 8+ weeks and I felt sick pretty much all day, everyday. I’m unsure if that means my pregnancy is healthy or not but I would consider you lucky if you’re not feeling sick!

Ur still very early; I wouldn’t count it out yet. I’d say it was the worse for me around 8-9 wks

I'm almost 12 weeks and haven't had any morning sickness. We are just lucky. My babys heart beat is nice and strong so I'm not worried. 20% of pregnant women don't experience morning sickness.

The "morning sickness means healthy pregnancy" is an old wives tale. They dont even know why you get morning sickness for sure, although there are theories. The main one is that your body is struggling to handle the hormonal changes, and some bodies just handle them better/worse than others. I'm 11wks3d and have had random nausea, but nothing I would consider true morning sickness.

Don’t count your chickens before they hatch 😂😂 you’re only 5 weeks hunni! You have plenty of time for morning sickness to kick in! Enjoy feeling semi normal for as long as you can x

I’m 25 weeks in and haven’t experienced any morning sickness. I was worried at first, but my doctor just says I’m lucky!  My baby boy is doing great.

My first pregnancy I had morning sickness from wen I found out until I gave birth n now with this pregnancy I recently started few sick twice now at 17weeks n 2days but nothing before. Every pregnancy is different but u r still very early so I wouldn’t count it out just yet or feel like anything is wrong if u don’t ever get it

I’ve heard that theory, but I didn’t have any with my first pregnancy and she and I were both completely healthy. 
Also, with this pregnancy I didn’t get morning sickness until around 5 weeks. One of my friends had it bad but it didn’t start until about 8 weeks. So just because you don’t have it yet doesn’t mean you won’t ever. But for your sake I hope you don’t!
