Do I go in?

Been having contractions since 2pm today. They started very light but have gotten progressively worse. They have been happening less than five minutes apart but not lasting a minute. Would you go in? I am 40+2

Go in when you feel you need to. Dont feel stupid like i did. I was contracting from 00.20 and finally went to my birth suite at 18.00 as they told me to wait until they were 3 mins apart for and hour...but they were 3-5 mins apart for about 8 hours. when i finally got there i dilated from 2-3cm in less than an hour and had to be transfered by ambulance to a hospital as babies HR was halfing.... they thought i was going to give birth in the back of the ambalam!! 😂. Listen to your body. You'll do great 😘

I’d call. They’ll let you know if you should come in. They might want to check and monitor you since you are 40 weeks.
