Endometriosis??

If you have endometriosis how were you diagnosed also how hard or is it with ttc

I have endometriosis as well ttc has been stressful girl 🤦🏾‍♀️ but I will not give up.. I’ve been pregnant 3 times all ended in a miscarriage and last year I had to get a tube removed due to the endometriosis.. My specialist says it’s not that bad only in the beginning stages but idk... With that being said my bff also has endometriosis and hers is more progressed then mine and she gets pregnant every other year lol... I know everyone is different but somethings I just can’t understand..

I wasn't getting pregnant so my doc did a post coital test (pulled sperm from my uterus and descovered they were all dead)  which made him suspect endometriosis. 3 days later he did the surgery to diagnose and remove the endometriosis. (Laproscopy and hysteroscopy)
