Milk letdown too heavy
My daughter has been spitting up often and I have a feeling that it’s because my letdown is too strong and she’s drinking way too fast and too much (I have a bit of an oversupply from exclusively pumping for the first 7 weeks). Anyone have any tips for me? I feel bad that she’s spitting up so much 😓
