Sign of pregnancy while breastfeeding?

My son is 4.5 months old and has been exclusively breastfed since birth. Two weeks ago we introduced solids per our doctors recommendations and 2oz of formula per day.

I noticed that I, for the first time since delivering my son, had some clear stretchy cervical mucus but didn’t think much of it. But a week later, I am cramping every time I breastfed similarly to when my son was first born (post breastfeeding cramping only lasted a few days for me). But it’s now suddenly back and painful. I know that cramping is normal as your uterus shrinks back down, but at my 6 week PP exam my doctor told me my uterus was at its pre-pregnancy size. Could this uterus cramping be a sign of pregnancy?

Please, for the love of god, tell me no. 😆
