How often do you go through your S/O’s phone?

I never go through his phone. I trust him. If I didn’t trust him I wouldn’t be with him. I will use his phone if I need to look something up and it’s closer, or I’ll text someone back for him while he’s driving if he asks me to. But I’ve never gone through his messages or his internet history. Seems like a waste of time to be in a relationship with someone you don’t trust.

Maybe twice a year. I have been cheated on in the past. And to make it worse I found him cheating on me exactly one week after I found an engagement ring by accident in his sun glasses case. And to make it even worse, I immediately recognized the ring, it was my grandmothers wedding ring. She passed away. So I knew my family was in on it. I had a weird feeling in my stomach so I checked his phone and sure enough, he was sexting some chick and making plans to meet up. It broke me that someone was capable of getting my family involved in a proposal and at the same time, be sexting other females. So every once in a while I get insecure about my past. Not often but sometimes I do it. Am I’m glad I did. Looking threw a phone saved me from marrying the wrong man!

I have a few times, but we had a lot of issues at that time and I was worried he’d cheated (he didn’t). Before then, and now, there’s no reason to so I don’t. We have a lot more trust now as well, and have learned from our mistakes in the past. Unless they really don’t care, I don’t think it’s right to go through someone else’s phone.

We met when I was 16 so I was young and childish and would look through it occasionally. Like when he would leave the room. 🤦🏻‍♀️ 
But I grew up and I haven’t looked through it in like 2 years or so lol

We use each other’s phone whenever we want. We don’t hide anything. He has my password and I have his. We answer each others phone when it rings. No hiding
