My LO is almost four months old and I’m trying to get her on a nap schedule. But, every time I put her down (I’ve taken cues from here to put her down as soon as she begins rubbing eyes/yawning) she cries relentlessly. I’ve done a gentle cry it out... 10mins (check on her, soothe), repeat 3x for a total of 30 mins. But it doesn’t work. She cries through the entire 30 mins. every time. The nap schedule is the same every day : 9am, 12pm and 3pm to keep things familiar to her, but she fights every time and won’t fall asleep. Any suggestions? Or different ways to go about it? Is she too young for this? I’m lost and desperate as a first time mom. Thanks!
