Looks like keratosis pilaris to me, a harmless skin sensitivity. But you should definitely get your babe checked out to make sure. It might be something treatable. 👍

I would take him to be looked at, my son had something similar to this when he was little it ended up being a viral infection but the did have to give him medication for it

It looks like roseola maybe. My son had it when he was a baby. Caught it from kids at daycare, I guess there was some sort of outbreak. But it started with a very high fever for a few days then once the fever broke the rash came. Just on the trunk and neck. Didn’t seem to bother him but it took about a week or so for it to go away. He wasn’t prescribed anything because it was vital they said he just has to let it pass.
