I just learned the phrase “triphasic” this morning. I have pcos and this is my second month tracking my bbt.

Here is my chart this month. I didn’t have consistently high temps last month but I am this month. I estimate that I’m about 7 dpo even though temps reflect 5 dpo. I had some pink spotting last night like a super teenie tiny amount. I know I need two more days to confirm if it’s truly triphasic.

What is a triphasic chart? I am guessing it means a third phase but what causes it? Is it an indication of implantation? Anything I should be on the look out for? Or is it just a type of chart and I can slow my roll? 😅
