My blood pressure is hanging around 145/100

Plus or minus a few numbers... I've checked it all morning...

I'm currently on LABETALOL for my blood pressure

I took it at 8:30... it is now 11:30 am..

Blood pressure was higher at 8:30 so I took it then... wasn't actually supposed to take it until 9:30 but it was 160/110 ish..

I've been sitting... in bed all morning.... besides going to pee which isn't often..

Not sure what I should be doing... I can't rest anymore than I already am..
