I took the Take Action Plan B pill the day after I ovulated after having unprotected sex multiple times( I know I know). Which was 3 days ago.

As of last night I’m having extremely extremely bad cramping in my lower stomach. Similar to period cramps but just different. I can’t even stand the thought of eating food.

Could the plan B pill have caused this cramping? I’m not due for my period for another week and usually do not experience cramps like this.
